The architecture, the risk calculus, and what AI-first means in practice: https://angel-baez.com/blog/emdash-cms-in-production-one-day-after-launch/
The future of software is AI-first.
@EmDashCMS is the first CMS built that way: agents are first-class users with scoped permissions, not an integration afterthought.
That's why we ran it in production one day after launch.
How I did it: https://angel-baez.com/blog/wordpress-to-astro-migration-in-a-weekend/
Moved a 6-year-old WordPress site to Astro on Cloudflare in only 2 days. A project like this would normally take a team of developers at least 8 weeks.
6 months later: best organic month in the company's history, 21x more Google impressions, non-brand clicks up 13x.
Handed Prepa IN's blog to a fleet of Claude managed agents. SEO + AI Visibility went up 20x!
A coordinator + 8 specialized agents. No HITL needed.

El sistema educativo en México es obsoleto. Y creo que nadie está preparado para lo que se viene.
